I have mixed views on where things are headed. There is no doubt crypto is here to stay and it’s one of the best high risk/high reward speculative assets.
My main concern with NFTs is the shear volume of new projects. I think everyone has a few gem NFTs and a lot of other NFTs unlikely to ever be worth much. For example, looking at the wallets of the average BAYC holder shows a plethora of NFTs minted at some stage and worth nothing. The anonymity of people behind projects makes it really hard to predict in the early phases and DYOR is virtually impossible because it’s possible to differentiate fact from fiction.
